Today, everyone is trying to sell you the newest fastest and biggest or smallest widget. We just don't believe in that. Everything is a balance, performance, timing, cost and other human factors all come into play. In some cases, we find that people don't even need a widget at all, or that their existing widgets will more than meet there needs as is or with just some upgrades.

 

This is true whether it is business processes, computer systems, networks, phone systems, cars, tires or whatever.

 

We also believe in education, the "old teach a man to fish" story is at the heart of our philosophy. If you need to operate a system, you should understand at least some of how it operates and at least where the documentation is. If you drive a car from an econo box to a sports car, you should not just know the rules of the road to avoid getting a ticket, you should know a little bit about how the car moves and how you should move to handle it properly.
